Used WLS Gabler Spheronizing Pelletizing line, dual extruders into single spheronizer, stainless steel product contact surfaces, with (2) TA800/2 agitated twin discharge screw feeders, (2) 40 mm twin screw extruders, model DE40/100 right hand and left hand, 40mm diameter screws, 100 mm length barrel, co-rotating screws with die plate, driven by 3 kw motors, each extruder has DO-50 feeder, extruder serial #'s 12885, 12806, extruders discharge into stainless steel feed hopper with bottom slide gate valve, (1) Type R600 Spheronizer, 600 mm diameter disk, driven by 3.7 kw motor drive, serial# 12808.
